  We went to the t mobile store at 1835 us Hwy 1 south in st. Augustine, Florida because our sons phone died while on vacation.. He has the warranty so he applied for a replacement phone which was to arrive in their store yesterday or the day before. They never texted us that it was ready so we called the store. No answer. We called the t mobile customer service who checked on it and said the phone arrived. Went down to pick up the phone. And they said it arrived, but they can't find it. They have one exactly like it in stock, but would not give it to him. Against company policy. We still don't have the phone and have to leave tomorrow morning for home. My son has not been able to take any pictures on vacation. He doesn't have any of his contacts and can't go on facebook. He is in a wheelchair and really needs his phone. He pretty much lives on his phone. We are sorry we ever got t mobile as a phone company.
