  I ordered new Wi-Fi service from Jennifer at the local corporate store. This entire experience was a nightmare from the initial order. The equipment arrived late, so the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Once the equipment arrived I could not get a response from my sales rep. Finally, we contacted AT&T directly and the equipment was missing the power supply. The technician loaned us a refurbished modem, however the service wasn’t what we were used to with Comcast. We had moved and I wanted to install WiFi. This was an awful decision. Sorry u verse and at&t was a disappointing experience.
