  After a 30 minute drive, I was told only one salesperson was there, and he was with a customer. Was asked if I wanted to wait and then he would see me* or come back. I decided to wait. 30 minutes later, approached by an employee, who stated she was not a salesperson, but would try to help me. She said the salesperson had gone to lunch or on an appt. *What happened to the fact he was aware I was waiting to see him? Colors were not available in quartz that I wanted, asked about the granite, and was discouraged to look at granite because of its costs. Felt like I was prejudged as to what I could afford. Recommend future customers to make an appointment, it seems they prefer commercial sales, rather than Harry Homeowner.
