Purchased a gift for someone, they passed away before I could give it to them. Just tried to return it with the receipt that is still in date and they said they can't tell if it's their merchandise so they can't take it back. I had taken the price tag off but there are still tags on the bottom. I was very surprised by what I thought was going to be a simple return.
