  No problems with bugs since their service (I do not have the lawn care through them, just the house). Very friendly and courteous every time they visit....feel like they are more a friend than a service provider. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the inconvenience of their billing. Accessing the online link to my account didn't work, then my account number didn't work....had to call their help desk to get in. Not sure why they won't allow for auto-pay....? Recommend them. Had them at a prior house and did a great job there too.

  Our assigned gentleman is awesome! He's been great since we moved into the new house, very attentive and we don't have any issues because of how well he does and how great your products are! We have had Bug Out for years and won't be changing! Thank you!
